The big-mouthed ex-girlfriend of accused cop-killing &#;Soprano&#; Lillo Brancato Jr. yesterday made faces and argued back as prosecutors urged a Bronx judge not to give her a conditional driving license after her DWI bust.
Stefanie Armento, 21, rolled her eyes, disgustedly shook her head and gestured wildly as Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth Brandon argued against her effort to have her license restored for school and work purposes.
&#;People take Metro-North every day,&#; Brandon told Supreme Court Judge Thomas Farber. &#;They have trains for a reason.&#;
That crack prompted Armento &#; whose actor ex-beau and dad are accused of killing an off-duty cop in December &#; to mutter out of turn to Farber, in between sighing loudly and dramatically shifting in her chair.
Her lawyer, Susan Sevin, held up her hand to Armento&#;s face to get her to shut up.
The judge will decide today whether to allow Armento, a Fordham student to drive from her Yonkers home to classes and a waitress job in Manhattan.
