Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann released a book on the legendary artist Sardar Sobha Singh at Punjab Bhawan here on Monday.

He spent his childhood in his native village, where he learnt to draw and sculpt. His father, Deva Singh, rebuked him for wasting time drawing figures.
