À l’approche de la fin imminente de votre mandat, nous signataires de cette lettre ouverte, sommes témoins des vents politiques agités qui traversent notre nation.
Votre décision de quitter vos fonctions le 2 avril , réitérée avec une fermeté inébranlable, suscite des interrogations quant à une possible « vacance de pouvoir », une situation sans précédent et non envisagée dans notre Constitution.
